Sorry there Rachel, but the soldiers Did Do It Alone, with their families, and have and will continue to do so, Nobody In This Country Has Sacrificed A Dime, as the costs of both were put on the credit card and hidden off budget till this Administration came in, including the no bid private contracts and lost billions, in the whole Decade and counting added to the previous Decades of underfunding the VA. As those of us who served in this countries other wars were mostly ignored on issues like PTSD, Agent Orange, Gulf War Syndrome and oh so many more, the present vets already are being so on different issues as to the results of let alone that one still is ongoing. That constant underfunding has cost us much more in the Agency trying to constantly play catch up, as some in congress lay blame on the agency and not look in the mirror nor at those who pay them we the people, instead of running smoothly and with only upgrading as the needs call for which would have saved monies over these decades.
