Diagnosing PTSD Because of Cost Considerations

Of course cases of combat theater PTS are being denied, especially with these two wars and the multiple tours, while some are being drugged, this societies easy fix for everything, and sent back into theater, because of cost considerations! Costs as to the results of wars of choice the country that cheers those on refuse to sacrifice themselves, told to go shopping this time and haven't demanded to since. This isn't forty years ago, and since, when we Vietnam Vets and the few citizens who understood gave it not only the professional label and conditions of but that it's always been including in the civilian populations. The country not only denied, some made good livings off of doing so, but ignored us and not only on this issue, over these decades, but many other costly to care for issues and that continues with each conflict as it does today with these two.

This isn't forty years ago, the medical professions have been greatly advanced especially in many area's that should bring a better understanding and more clear diagnoses to these issues. The main problem are the long term costs a country that loves wars, then flag waving parades after, still refuse to sacrifice themselves to what they owe those few who serve it. We've had decades of not only ignoring and denial but because of underfunding the Government Agency there to uphold the countries responsibility to those maimed in our wars and those few who serve and defend the country and constitution of are caught in the backlogs and more and the agency gets the blame. Instead of fully funding, which would save on costs instead of paying many times extra to constantly be catching up on the needs, the country looses interests and moves on, especially with each long war and occupation of others.
